Obama: We could call the Buffett Rule the \”Reagan Rule\”

As President Reagan used to say to Carter, “There you go again.”

It gets so old listening to Obama constantly bring up President Reagan’s name in his speeches trying to persuade people that he is much like Reagan.  That couldn’t be further from the truth.   Obama is once again twisting the words of Reagan and using them out of context.   Reagan was talking about simplifying the tax code in regards to Obama’s Buffett Rule.

It’s obvious that the strategy of this president in the coming months leading up to the election in November  is to deflect attention from his abysmal record to class warfare.  Even the White House agrees that the revenue generated from the “Buffett Rule” would be less than 50 billion dollars over the next decade.  That’s less than 1 percent of the projected spending of 7 trillion for the same time span.  It is meaningless concerning the debt.  Let’s talk about your record, Mr. President.
