RNC Comms Director: Mark Levin Should Moderate 2016 GOP Debate

via RNC Comms Director: Mark Levin Should Moderate 2016 GOP Debate

Sean Spicer, the communications director for the Republican National Committee (RNC), said conservative talk radio host Mark Levin should ask
2016 Republican presidential candidates questions in debates during the next election cycle.

Appearing on The Wilkow Majority with guest host and Breitbart News Executive Chairman Stephen K. Bannon on Sirius XM Patriot channel 125 on Friday, Spicer said that “the people who are out there talking to grassroots” should be asking Republican presidential candidates questions in the debates.

“Mark Levin should ask the questions,” Spicer declared.

He mentioned outlets on the right like Breitbart News are reaching audiences beyond conservatives–and they are “posting the numbers” to
prove it.

Spicer was on the program to discuss the letters RNC Chairman Reince Priebus wrote to NBC and CNN threatening to not partner with them on debates in the 2016 cycle unless they do not air the Hillary Clinton documentaries both networks will reportedly be producing. Breitbart News first reported on the letters.

The Attack in Benghazi: Worth Investigating After All

CNN reports that dozens of CIA agents were on the ground there — and that they’re being pressured to keep quiet. Why?

via The Attack in Benghazi: Worth Investigating After All

Speculation on Capitol Hill has included the possibility the U.S. agencies operating in Benghazi were secretly helping to move surface-to-air missiles out of Libya, through Turkey, and into the hands of Syrian rebels.

To be clear, it isn’t at all certain that the CIA was secretly funneling Libyan weapons to Syria, long before Congress “lifted its hurdles” on arming Syrian rebels. But if CNN’s report is correct, the CIA is at minimum trying to hide something huge from Congress, something that CIA agents might otherwise want to reveal — itself a reason for Congress to press hard for information. And if speculation about moving weapons is grounded in anything substantive, that would be an additional reason to investigate what the CIA is doing in Libya. Dozens of CIA agents were apparently on the ground in Benghazi, Libya last September.

What I want to know is why.

Palin: ‘I Was Forbidden From Telling the Truth About Obama in 2008′

Greta Van Susteren talks to Sarah Palin who exposes that in her 2008 vice presidential run, she was forbidden from talking about Obama’s relationships with both Jeremiah Wright and Bill Ayers, as well as his job experience.

“I was not allowed to talk about things like that because those  ‘elitists,’ those who are the brainiacs in the GOP machine, running John McCain’s campaign at the time said that the media would eat us alive if we brought up these things.”

“What that got us, this kind of complacency and self-censoring of a campaign where we weren’t allowed to tell the truth about who this candidate was – Barack Obama – what it got us was a list of these scandals,” Palin charged.

Black Church posts racist sign about ‘Amerikkka’

The sign outside the First Baptist Church in Chicago has a slogan that looks like something that Barack Obama’s long-time pastor, the Reverend Jeremiah Wright, might post outside of his church. The sign is clearly a racist reaction, yet another, to the verdict of not guilty for George Zimmerman on the second degree and manslaughter charges he faced in court.
The sign in front of the church says “It is Safe to Kill BLACK PEOPLE in Amerikkka.” The “kkk” in “Amerikkka” is intended as a regerence to the Ku Klux Klan. The church
is quoted as saying, “The message on the sign is not a message of hate. It is a message of awakening and call to action. It is a message no intended to divide, but to cause honest reflection in order to make this country a better place for ALL.”
Not a message of hate? Really? They want to make the country a better place? More like bitter place with that hate.

The Great Green Con no. 1: The hard proof that finally shows global warming forecasts that are costing you billions were WRONG all along

The evidence shows CO2 levels follow temperature, not the other way around. Indeed,
there may be many factors that determine our climate. Australian scientist David Archibald has shown  a remarkable correlation between the sun’s activity and our climate over the past 300 years. Climate scientists insist we must accept the ‘carbon’ orthodoxy or be cast into the wilderness.

But the scientists behind  the theory have a vested interest – it’s a great way to justify new taxes, get more money and guarantee themselves more work.

The reality is that man-made global warming is a myth: the global temperature is well within life’s limits and, indeed, the present day is cooler by comparison to much of Earth’s history. Perhaps this will be the moment that this fact becomes the new scientific orthodoxy.

Obama, the US and the Muslim world: the animosity deepens

via Obama, the US and the Muslim world: the animosity deepens

Obama has presided over an America that, in many respects, is now even more unpopular in the Muslim world than it was under George Bush and Dick Cheney.

That is simply a fact. Poll after poll has proven it. In July, 2011, the Washington Post reported: “The hope that the Arab world had not long ago put in the United States and President Obama has all but evaporated.” Citing a poll of numerous Middle East countries that had just been released, the Post explained: “In most countries surveyed, favorable attitudes toward the United States dropped to levels lower than they were during the last year of the Bush administration.”

A 2011 Arab American Institute poll found that “US favorable ratings across the Arab world have plummeted. In most countries they are lower than at the end of the Bush Administration, and lower than Iran’s favorable ratings.” The same year, a poll of public opinion in Egypt– arguably the most strategically important nation in the region and the site of Obama’s 2009 Cairo speech – found pervasively unfavorable views of the US at or even below the levels of the Bush years. A 2012 Pew poll of six predominantly Muslim nations found not only similar or worse perceptions of the US as compared to the Bush years, but also documented that China is vastly more popular in that part of the world than the US. In that region, the US and Israel are still considered, by far, to be the two greatest threats to peace.

In sum, while Europeans still adore Obama, the US is more unpopular than ever in the Muslim world. A newly released Gallup poll from Thursday, this one surveying public opinion in Pakistan, provides yet more powerful evidence of this dangerous trend. As Gallup summarized: “more than nine in 10 Pakistanis (92%) disapprove of US leadership and 4% approve, the lowest approval rating Pakistanis have ever given“.
Worse, “a majority (55%) say interaction between Muslim and Western societies is ‘more of a threat’ [than a benefit], up significantly from
39% in 2011.” Disapproval of the US in this nuclear-armed nation has exploded under Obama to record highs.

It is not hard to understand why this is happening. Indeed, the slightest capacity for empathy makes it easy. It is not – as self-loving westerners like to tell themselves – because there is some engrained, inherent, primitive anti-Americanism in these cultures. To the contrary, there is substantial affection for US culture and “the American people” in these same countries, especially among the young.

What accounts for this pervasive hostility toward the US is clear: US actions in their country. As a Rumsfeld-era Pentagon study concluded:
“Muslims do not ‘hate our freedom,’ but rather, they hate our policies.” In particular, it is “American direct intervention in the Muslim world” – justified in the name of stopping Terrorism – that “paradoxically elevate[s] the stature of and support for Islamic radicals”.

NFL says no to promoting Obamacare

via NFL says no to promoting Obamacare

The National Football League is used to big, bruising battles. But on Friday, it announced that it was likely staying out of one of the roughest fights in Washington: the war over Obamacare.

Earlier this week, Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius disclosed that the Obama administration was in talks with the sports organization to help promote the law, which enters a new phase as advocates prepare to begin enrolling millions of Americans in health insurance this fall.

On Friday, Republican leaders in the Senate issued a stern warning to sports organizations not to partner with the White House on an issue marked by such “divisiveness and persistent unpopularity.”

Asked about the congressional letter, NFL spokesman Greg Aiello said the league had not made any commitment to the administration.

“We have responded to the letters we received from members of Congress to inform them we currently have no plans to engage in this area and have had no substantive contact with the administration about [the health-care law’s] implementation,” he said in an e-mail.

The NFL’s decision is the latest blow to the administration over the health-care law, which faces enormous hurdles as key portions go into effect in the coming months. Chief among the challenges is the political opposition to the law, which has persisted since its passage in 2010 despite hopes on the part of advocates that it would eventually be accepted as the law of the land.

Mexico welcomes only foreigners who will be useful to Mexican society

Mexican authorities must keep track of every single person in the country

Foreigners with fake papers, or who enter the country under false pretenses, may be imprisoned
